PL 230.06 Patronizing a person for prostitution in the first degree Class D felony
§ 230.06 Patronizing a person for prostitution in the first degree.
  A person is guilty of patronizing a person for prostitution 
in the first degree when :
  1. He or she patronizes a person for prostitution and the
person patronized is less than eleven years old; or
  2. Being eighteen years old or more, he or she patronizes a person for
prostitution and the person patronized is less than thirteen years old.
  Patronizing a person for prostitution in the first degree
is a class D felony.
