§ 230.04 Patronizing a person for prostitution in the third
           degree.
  A  person is guilty of patronizing a person for prostitu-
tion in the third degree when he or she patronizes a person
for prostitution.
  Patronizing a person for prostitution in the third degree
is a class A misdemeanor.
