§ 225.05 Promoting gambling in the second degree.
    A person is guilty of promoting gambling in the second degree
when he knowingly advances  or  profits  from  unlawful  gambling
activity.
    Promoting  gambling  in  the  second  degree  is  a  class  A
misdemeanor.
