§ 220.45 Criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument.
  A  person is guilty of criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument when
he knowingly and unlawfully possesses or  sells  a  hypodermic  syringe  or
hypodermic needle.
  Criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument is a class A misdemeanor.
