§ 215.65  Criminal contempt of a temporary state commission.
  A  person  is guilty of criminal contempt of a temporary state commission
when,  having  been  duly  subpoenaed  to  attend  as  a  witness   at   an
investigation  or  hearing before a temporary state commission, he fails or
refuses to attend without lawful excuse.
  Criminal   contempt  of  a  temporary  state  commission  is  a  class  A
misdemeanor.
