Sec. 130.38  Consensual sodomy.
      A  person is guilty of consensual sodomy when he engages in
deviate sexual intercourse with another person.
    Consensual sodomy is a class B misdemeanor.

Repealed, L.2000 ch.1 section 6 effective 2/1/2001.
